Cancelation policy : Clients must cancel or reschedule their appointment at least 48 hours in advance to avoid being charged a cancellation fee.
Deposits for appointments can be applied to a rescheduled appointment one time only. If you cancel more than 48 hours in advance, your deposit will be fully refunded. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment will result in a forfeited deposit.
